Online Bible Study and Prayer

Midweek Prayer Meeting now online

Who we are:

Old Congregation (OC) Randalstown is part of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, an affiliation which serves both Northern and Southern Ireland with a total membership of over 200,000 people.

We are a community of believers physically and spiritually located at the heart of Randalstown, County Antrim. Our church has a unique character where we can connect with God and with one another. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has given us a ministry to show God’s love to the community of Randalstown.

I'm new here

If you are a new visitor to this website, new to OC Randalstown, new to the local area, or new to what it means to believe and follow Jesus, then we want to welcome you.

Come and see for yourself

One of the best ways to find out more about who we are and what we do, is to come and see for yourself. We would love to see you join us on a Sunday morning at 11.30am.

When you arrive at church, you will be greeted at the front door by some of our church members. You're welcome to go ahead into the main area of the church - feel free to sit wherever you like. Church members generally sit in similar areas of the church each week, but do not have specific seats.

We sing using a combination of contemporary and traditional songs with various instruments to accompany. There is no dress code and the service is delivered with an information style

A creche is available for pre-school children, and older children are encouraged to join in with Children's Address and Children's Church immediately after.

The evening services are similar, although there is no creche facility available. Evening services are quite informal and have a stronger teaching element. We start at 6.00pm and finish around 7.00pm.

Some special evening services are held throughout the year, and they generally start at 7.00 PM to allow members of other congregations to join in with as well.

The services in the morning and evening following a familiar theme from week to week: you can expect a time of prayer and singing to God, as well as teaching from the Bible. The minister will preach a sermon, talking to the church family about some aspect of the Bible, encouraging us to apply what God says to our everyday ordinary lives.

Throughout the week, a number of organisations and other groups meet in the Church Hall, and those who do not worship with us on a Sunday Morning are welcome to attend these groups as well.

We Look Forward to Seeing You!
